I love strudel! Only I have a slightly different recipe. I grease the dough with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. You can also add cinnamon to the sugar, because... it goes very well with apples, it will be very tasty. I'll have to bake it one of these days!

It took about 50 minutes to prepare the strudel according to this recipe. I want to immediately make a reservation that I did everything strictly according to the recipe, it’s just that for me strudel is a kind of roll, and I would call this recipe a closed pie made of puff pastry with apples. It turned out delicious, but still, I personally like the strudel in the form of a roll better. I really liked the nuts in the filling, but I would also add cinnamon, which goes well with apples. I also coated the top of the pie with egg - it’s prettier and tastier.

I baked strudel according to your recipe. The only thing is that I didn’t add any raisins or nuts, because... I prefer clean flavors. It's very quick to prepare and it turns out very tasty! A month ago I was in Vienna, and there, in one cafe, they treated me to strudel made from puff pastry and in this form, and I liked it better than in the form of a roll. After my arrival, I tried to make strudel in the form of a roll at home, but... Your recipe is very good!

ready-made puff pastry is just a lifesaver. It makes it easy and quick to make a pie with almost any filling. And my eldest daughter often cooks this strudel - it turns out very tasty!
