Ilga, actually you need to grate it on a coarse grater... Although you can try on a fine one. When I pierce it with a fork, I usually swing it in different directions to make the punctures wider, then the milk goes down faster.

Oh, girls, I baked this pie, but I admit, it didn’t work out for me, it seemed to me that I didn’t take enough milk, the dough wasn’t completely saturated and the bottom layer turned out to be dry, but the top layer turned out as it should, I haven’t tried the taste yet, It's cooling down, now I'll show you my doodles...I'll try again.
