Cutting half an apple

Simple and delicious... Instead of cream, you can add ice cream and it also turns out very tasty. This is probably the simplest and most economical recipe. And so you can add any fruits and citruses there... Even just apples and pineapple are very tasty. If you make it with cream, then it should be homemade, it’s much tastier. You can add a little grated cinnamon or chocolate on top.

Not only am I a student, but I am also an avid dieter. To my regret, I have to refuse or reduce to a minimum the consumption of high-calorie foods. Being an avid sweet tooth at heart, I can’t give up sweets completely, so fruit salads come to the rescue. And such a wonderful salad did not leave me indifferent! Healthy, tasty and economical - how can you refuse this?! Instead of cream, I add sour cream, of course better than homemade one, and grate a little chocolate on top. Why not start the day with something so light, but in moderation nutritious breakfast.
