STEP 1

Place butter at room temperature in a deep cup and grind with sugar and salt, add vanillin.

Add eggs, beat with a mixer.
STEP 4

Add flour and cinnamon.
STEP 5

Quench the soda in vinegar. Knead into a homogeneous dough.

Wash the apples and remove the core. Cut into cubes.
STEP 7

Place the apples into the dough and stir.
STEP 8

Pour the batter into the muffin tin.
STEP 9

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until done for 25-30 minutes. Test the readiness of the apple cake using a “dry match”.
STEP 10

When the cupcakes have cooled slightly, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
