I liked the idea of ​​​​making an anthill cake from cookies without condensed milk. Moreover, my daughter asked me to make something sweet. The recipe is very simple and straightforward. I took sugar cookies and added a little non-sweet bran. I crushed it with a rolling pin. For the cream I used homemade sour cream. Boil for 15 minutes until thickened. There was a lot of cream, you could even add more cookies. Place the mixture of cookies and cream in a heap and put it in the refrigerator. My slide was a little wobbly at first, but became stable after cooling. I decorated the top with melted chocolate, and our “ants” were pink at my daughter’s request) The cake turned out to be very tender and tasty, it’s easy to eat with a spoon. Next time I'll add chocolate chips and nuts to the "dough".
