This is not the first time I’ve seen this recipe, but as they say, I couldn’t get around to it!! This time I bought everything except the cream, which was very expensive. Replaced the cream with sour cream. We prepared it, from the fruit I took apricot from compote in jars. I found it very sweet!!! But that's my taste!!! Plus I used less sugar than what the recipe says!! I took multi-colored marshmallows, especially for children. When I whipped the sour cream and sugar it turned out liquid, I thought it would harden a little. But alas, it didn’t freeze. It turned out very liquid. But this is my experience and next time I will take my mistakes into account. And the recipe is easy to prepare, you can add any toppings to your taste!!! Maybe someone will read my comment and take my mistakes into account when preparing. Thanks for the recipe!
