I put the cracker in a tight bag and crushed it with a rolling pin. Don't make the crumbs too fine. The cake is made from coarse crumbs.

    Add boiled condensed milk to a bowl with crushed crackers. Do not put the whole jar in at once, put about 2/3 of the entire volume first. Mix cracker crumbs with condensed milk until smooth. My condensed milk turned out to be very thick, it was difficult to stir with a spoon. I had to knead with my hands. If the mass is too dry, then add more condensed milk, liquid - add crackers. As a result, my entire bank was gone.

    All that remains is to form the cakes. You can simply mold them with your hands, giving them a round or cone shape. Or you can use a small glass or shot glass. Fill it with the mixture, compacting it tightly with a spoon.

Well, VERY tasty and simple Anthill cake made from cookies and boiled condensed milk!!! Instead of fish cracker, I used the cheapest curly one, I think it doesn’t differ significantly in taste. I prepared boiled condensed milk myself by boiling a tin can of condensed milk for 3 hours. In the end, I still had some boiled condensed milk left. And the result is wild delight! Very tasty homemade. I got 6 anthills, however, my glass was rather large, 85 ml in volume. Once again I am convinced that cooking according to katushafin recipes is a pleasure! I would like to make a small addition of my own. It was not so easy for me to remove cakes from a glass, but on the last cake I discovered a small life hack: if you lightly moisten a knife with water and then walk the knife between the cake and the glass, the anthill can easily be removed from the glass without any damage .
