Anthill cake made from cookies and boiled condensed milk

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make Anthill cake from cookies and boiled condensed milk? Prepare your food. For this recipe, use an unsalted cracker, preferably a fish cracker. But with another cracker you can make a cake. You can buy condensed milk ready-made or cook it yourself at home.
STEP 2

First, grind the cracker until crumbly. You can do this directly in the bowl with your hands. I got a fairly hard variety, but I couldn’t do it with my hands. I put the cracker in a tight bag and crushed it with a rolling pin. Don't make the crumbs too fine. The cake is made from coarse crumbs.
STEP 3

Add boiled condensed milk to a bowl with crushed crackers. Do not put the whole jar in at once, put about 2/3 of the entire volume first. Mix cracker crumbs with condensed milk until smooth. My condensed milk turned out to be very thick, it was difficult to stir with a spoon. I had to knead with my hands. If the mass is too dry, then add more condensed milk, liquid - add crackers. As a result, my entire bank was gone.
STEP 4

All that remains is to form the cakes. You can simply mold them with your hands, giving them a round or cone shape. Or you can use a small glass or shot glass. Fill it with the mixture, compacting it tightly with a spoon.
STEP 5

Remove the cake, helping with a thin knife. Make all the cakes in the same way. From this quantity of products I got 10 pieces. Refrigerate them for an hour, then decorate and serve. You can pour honey, caramel over them, sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts. Bon appetit!
