To create lazy dumplings, any minced meat is suitable according to the personal choice and desire of the cook. The principle of preparation is very simple: a thin layer of dough (lavash) is covered with minced meat, rolled up and cut into small (up to a maximum of 5 cm) portioned “barrels”. And then you can fry, boil, stew or bake in oil, in broths or sauces. Vary the taste with seasonings, cheese, sour cream or ketchup.
Interesting recipe: 1. Pour flour into a deep container. Add water (milk, kefir), salt, sugar, egg, a little vegetable fat.2. Knead into elastic dumpling dough.3. Mix minced meat with onion twisted or crushed in a blender, add salt and pepper. Season with aromatic spices.4. Roll out the dough into a very thin layer. Spread the minced meat in an even layer.
