Josephine Jones

Since childhood, I remember how my mother whispered my grandmother’s recipes to me, and the aromas of fresh baked goods and homemade dishes hung in the kitchen. In every smallest detail - a pinch of salt, careful cutting of vegetables - one could feel care and love. The family always gathered around the table, and it was in these moments that I realized how food brings people together. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by the diversity of tastes and traditions, but realized that cooking should be accessible and simple. My goal is to show that everyone can create something special in their kitchen, regardless of experience.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de Celaya.
