Since childhood, the kitchen has been my cozy corner, where my grandmother lovingly prepared fragrant dishes. Every morning began with the smell of freshly baked bread and fragrant tea, and I, crawling onto a stool, instantly became her assistant. Family gatherings with a huge table full of food taught me the importance of sharing and gathering loved ones around us. Traveling around the world opened my eyes to the diversity of tastes. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, regardless of experience, and that simplicity is the name of the game in cooking.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at George Brown Chef School.
