Zucchini with tomatoes Dietary
This is one of my favorite foods when I'm on a diet.
It is delicious! This recipe has been “living” with me since 2009. When young zucchini appear, and spring is just around the corner, and I need to lose a few extra pounds, I prepare this dish for myself.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips about 1 cm thick. Place zucchini strips on a baking sheet with vegetable oil, add salt and pepper, and season with your favorite spices. Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise to the zucchini strips.
STEP 2
Place thinly sliced tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
STEP 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Bon appetit!

But I missed such a feast and such an interesting idea of cutting zucchini lengthwise into strips. Cool version of delicious zucchini.
