I really love zucchini stew and today I made a dish using this recipe. I liked the composition of the stew with bell pepper. I haven't put pepper on zucchini before. It seemed to me that they didn't fit together. Oh, how wrong I was. The result is simply amazing! I immediately advise you to increase the amount of products, the zucchini stew flies away in an instant. And preparing such a wonderful dish is a pleasure. I cut everything up and set it to simmer. Great recipe, no fuss, quick and easy. I took mature zucchini and didn’t even peel the seeds, they are also healthy. On my own behalf, I also added carrots) Sweet peppers perfectly complement the zucchini and add incredible aroma and taste to the stew. Now I will always add pepper to stews))) Stewed vegetables are not only tasty, but also very healthy. The dish is low-calorie and dietary. As they say, I don’t want to eat))) We ate the zucchini stew with steamed chicken cutlets. Everyone really enjoyed the light dinner. Thanks a lot to the author!
