STEP 1
How to make a casserole of zucchini with minced meat in a slow cooker? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil.
STEP 3
Place minced meat on the bottom.
STEP 4
Thinly slice the zucchini.
STEP 5
Thinly slice the cheese
STEP 6
Place one by one: 2 slices of zucchini, 1 piece of cheese.
STEP 7
Beat the eggs with a fork with salt, pepper and, if desired, your favorite spices (I love suneli hops, but it’s gentle and tasty without them).
STEP 8
Pour the mixture over the zucchini. The eggs should lightly coat the zucchini. If they go completely down, then you need to add a couple more eggs. Depending on the size of the bowl, I usually use between 9 and 11 eggs.
STEP 9
Set the multicooker to baking mode for 30-45 minutes (time depends on the power of your multicooker)
STEP 10
After the time has passed, open the multicooker and check if the egg is completely set, then the casserole is ready, if we see a little liquid, set it for another 10 minutes. Usually 30 minutes is enough for me.
STEP 11
Transfer the casserole to a plate and delight your family and friends :)
