Yeast pies with cabbage and egg in the oven

Dissolve yeast, salt, sugar in water at room temperature, add vegetable oil, mix. Add flour in small portions.
STEP 3

Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place until it rises.
STEP 4

Chop the cabbage and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until cooked (the cabbage should be soft). Add salt.
STEP 5

Add finely chopped green onions to the cabbage.
STEP 6

Hard boil the eggs, peel and finely chop.
STEP 7

Mix the filling.
STEP 8

Roll out a small piece of dough into a circle.
STEP 9

Place the filling on the dough.
STEP 10

Form a pie, place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes for the pies to rise. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If desired, brush with beaten yolk 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
