    Turn on the oven and preheat it to 190°C degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment.

    Grind walnuts with 2 teaspoons of sugar in a blender and mix with flour.

    Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy, add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

    From a pastry bag or file, pipe 8 circles with a diameter of 8 cm onto parchment. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar on top.

    Pour sugar, starch into a saucepan and mix. Add yolks and cherry puree.
