I have come across a recipe called tyurya - a simple soup that is quick and tasty - for a long time. Everyone passed by it, I don’t really like cold soups. But now at home there is homemade kvass on rye breadcrumbs, and outside is Jako). I made this soup in literally 5 minutes. My crackers were already dried. To prepare them, I used dark rye bread with caraway seeds. It was the cumin that added extra flavor to my dish. I generously rubbed the crackers with young, vigorous garlic. Added finely chopped onions, cilantro and dill to the kvass and breadcrumbs on the plate. I didn’t add salt; I liked the sweetish taste of kvass. I must admit, I liked the prison! I didn’t expect such an interesting taste: sweet, sour and spicy create a pleasant harmony. It’s especially invigorating when you have a piece of black bread with hot garlic in your mouth, which is permeated by hundreds of tiny bubbles of gas from kvass. It's definitely worth a try!

Straight Russian national food! An alternative to okroshka. Tasty, although store-bought kvass is sweet. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare, maybe 40 taking into account the cooling of the bread after the oven.
