I have always made only salads from turnips. I didn’t even know that it could be fried. It turns out that turnips with onions fried in a frying pan turned out surprisingly tasty! It’s very soft, doesn’t burn like fresh, and cooks quickly. A little bitter, but it gives the dish a piquant flavor. I served fried turnips with lamb. Thank you very much for such a simple and delicious recipe! I will now use turnips more often in the menu.
