I made turkey cutlets with potatoes according to your recipe, they turned out delicious and not dry at all. I had about 350 grams of minced meat, I added one small potato, half an onion, two pieces of sliced loaf of bread. The cutlets were molded without much difficulty; I didn’t roll them in flour before frying. They are delicious immediately after preparation and the next day. Thank you
