Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 mins
STEP 1
Break two chicken eggs into a cup, add salt, pepper, herbs to taste and mix well until smooth.
STEP 2
Cut the loaf of white bread into pieces suitable for making croutons.
STEP 3
Grate a piece of sausage on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil added to it over medium heat and very thoroughly soak the pieces of bread in the egg on both sides.
STEP 5
Place the pieces of bread into a heated frying pan.
STEP 6
Fry thoroughly until golden brown on each side.
STEP 7
Place the croutons on a plate and spread melted cheese on each one.

STEP 9
