It’s a pity that I didn’t know Khrumka before! This is exactly the recipe with which my husband and I started testing our slow cooker! ) Only in the multicooker recipe book does it have the name “Risotto with raisins and dried apricots.” Your recipe describes everything clearly and accessible! Our risotto turned out not bad, but the rice was a little dry. The recipe also called for adding stewed onions, but we didn’t. Please tell me, is it necessary to open the lid of the multicooker during cooking to stir the pilaf?
