Stuffed porcini mushrooms

The porcini mushroom is the king of mushrooms, so the dish is royal! The porcini mushroom is rightly called the king of mushrooms. It has wonderful taste, is truly royal in size and is distributed almost everywhere. Only truffle is called tastier than boletus, but very few people know about truffle; it is a rather rare mushroom. Porcini mushrooms are suitable for preparing any food with mushrooms; the reverse, however, is not true. For a culinary recipe for stuffed mushrooms, it’s unlikely that any other mushroom will be suitable besides porcini mushroom. After all, the size and strength of the mushrooms are important to us.

Interesting recipe. My mushrooms, however, turned out more like hedgehogs. But it was very entertaining and I was pleased with the result. I finished the recipe in a couple of hours. Thanks for the idea.

KateriNNa, Lilu!!! What wonderful mushrooms! I just don’t know where to get porcini mushrooms, we don’t have any in the area, but what if we try replacing them with champignons? Our store shelves are full of them! Thank you very much for the recipe!
