STEP 1

How to make stewed turkey with vegetables in a frying pan? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary products. What part of the turkey is best to use? Any part of the bird works great. Rinse the turkey, pat dry and cut into equal-sized pieces.
STEP 3

STEP 4

Next, reduce the stove flame to minimum and simmer the turkey under the lid for about 25-30 minutes. The exact time depends on the chosen frying pan, the size of the pieces of meat and the characteristics of your stove. To prevent anything from burning, pour in a little boiling water (30-50 ml will be enough).
STEP 5

At this time, take care of your vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the bell peppers into two parts and remove the middle with the seeds. Rinse everything, dry it and chop it as desired, not very finely.
STEP 6

Carefully place the finished turkey into a frying pan with high edges, a thick-walled pan, stewpan or cauldron.
STEP 7

Place the chopped vegetables in the pan where the turkey was stewed. If necessary, add a little more oil.
STEP 8

Increase the heat and cook with constant stirring for about 5-10 minutes.
STEP 9

Add the roasted vegetables to the turkey.
STEP 10

Pour in half a glass of water and mix everything carefully. Cover the turkey with vegetables and simmer over moderate heat, covered, for 15-20 minutes. At the end, add finely chopped greens.

Serve hot as a separate dish or as an addition to any side dish.
