STEP 1
How to make Spring Breeze salad? Prepare the ingredients for the salad. We will need crab sticks, tomatoes, cucumber, canned corn, cheese, mayonnaise. You can also add dill (or other herbs) and garlic to the salad. In many recipes for this salad, garlic is required, but I didn’t add it and didn’t regret it - it makes the salad fresh and fits the name better.
STEP 2
Cut the crab sticks into small cubes. Drain the liquid from the corn.
STEP 3
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into cubes. Drain the liquid released during cutting.
STEP 4
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 6
In a salad bowl, combine crab sticks, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, and cheese.
STEP 7
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
STEP 8
Mix everything well.
