An excellent salad for both the holiday table and dinner. This salad is one of my favorites. I very often cook it both for the holiday table and on the most ordinary day. You can serve it as a regular salad, salad in tartlets, spread on bread, wrapped in pita bread, etc.

    Prepare all ingredients. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and cool in cold water, peel. Finely chop the crab sticks. Grate eggs, processed cheese and garlic on a fine grater.

    Combine all the ingredients in a deep plate, if necessary (if the cheese is not very salty), add salt, mayonnaise and mix until smooth. Place the salad in a heap on a plate and garnish with dill. Although the salad is very simple to prepare, it is very tasty and versatile. You can put it in tartlets or simply place it in a heap on a dish and garnish with dill and half a yolk.
