    Prepare all ingredients. You can use both chicken breast fillet and chicken thigh fillet in the recipe. I usually use chicken thigh fillet in this salad, it is fattier and meatier and the salad is not as dry as when using chicken breast fillet.

    Boil chicken fillet in salted water until tender and cool. Cut the cooled fillet into small cubes, cut the ham and cucumber into strips. Three carrots on a coarse grater, drain excess liquid from the corn.
