How interesting. Interesting recipe. I don’t like vinegar, can I replace it with lemon juice, the taste won’t be affected? Thank you. And I would add grated cheese.

The recipe is undoubtedly good - apples, raisins, carrots, and raw celery are very healthy, they contain many vitamins and microelements. But I very much doubt the benefits of mayonnaise, especially if it is purchased. In my opinion and taste, it is better to season with lemon juice or olive oil. But, as they say, there are no comrades for taste and color. Thanks to the author for the recipe
