From the photo I would never have guessed that this salad was made from cabbage. I saw purple and decided that these were beets processed in some cunning way! It turns out that it is cabbage, but not ordinary cabbage, but red cabbage. I wonder if this salad can be made without mayonnaise? And why is he there anyway?
