I used frozen spinach for this sauce. I didn’t know how many pieces to take to make it 70g, so I took seven pieces and they came out to 105g. Then I dropped them into boiling water and boiled them for a couple of minutes. I squeezed out the greens, it turned out to be 80g, I think this is not essential for the recipe) It turned out to be very simple to prepare this sauce. While the spinach was cooking, I put all the ingredients in a blender. I was unable to beat the mass in a stationary chopper; apparently the volume was too small for the large bowl. I transferred everything to another container and beat it with an immersion blender. He did great! The mass lightened a little and became more homogeneous. The sauce turned out thick. I think it could be diluted with more water to dress the salad, but I needed it as an addition to the fish. So I was quite happy with the consistency. For my taste, a little parsley or dill is missing for a greater aroma of greenery) In general, the sauce turned out to be interesting, sour, a little spicy due to the garlic and pepper. Walnuts taste good. Everything together was tasty and went well with the fish. Or you can just spread it on bread) Thanks for the recipe!
