Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 20 mins
STEP 1
Mix soda and honey. Place them on low heat and heat, stirring, until the mixture darkens to the color of caramel and becomes larger in volume.
STEP 2
Beat vanilla, simple sugar and eggs and mix with honey mixture. Add flour. Knead the dough. Select the “Baking” function in the multicooker program and bake our future cake for about 1 hour.
STEP 3
After the cake is baked, cut it into 4 parts. Apply cream to each part.
STEP 4
You can decorate the cake by sprinkling it with chocolate.

It turned out to be a very, very tasty cake! Airy, just melts in your mouth. If you don’t layer it with cream and make 1/2 a portion, I think you’ll get a great honey pie. The sides were sprinkled with crumbs from scraps of hard honey cakes from the previous cake. And sprinkled the top with grated chocolate. I made the cream like this: lightly beat the eggs with sugar, add flour, beat again, pour in the milk, stir and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. A very tasty cake, I add more butter to the cream, I think it tastes better that way.
