Royal New Year's snack in tartlets
A wonderful, beautiful appetizer for a festive feast! The New Year's royal appetizer in tartlets with beluga and pink salmon caviar is amazingly good with the traditional champagne for New Year's Eve. In each finished tartlet I put a spoonful of thick cream, and then a little beluga and pink salmon caviar. In the light of the Christmas tree garland, the eggs shimmer like noble jewels, spread in the snow by the careless hand of a New Year's blizzard.
The food is very simple and I learned the recipe from a friend who knows how to decorate the New Year’s table fabulously beautifully, so beautifully that you even want to fry an egg in a frying pan and snack on it without touching the marvelous work of art with your hands. Wonderful snack! I only cooked it with red caviar. I used 33 5 cream for whipping, of course I whipped it. Some of the tartlets were prepared with curd cheese, and some with whipped cream. I want to say that I liked it better with cream. Very light and airy! Thank you very much for the recipe!
