STEP 1
How to make rice with stew in a frying pan? Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking rice with stew. You can use any rice you like for this dish. But I would recommend beef stew, since it has much less fat. And ideally, this is, of course, homemade stew, which contains exactly natural meat, and not its likeness. Well, or take stewed meat from already proven factories and brands.
STEP 2
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Cut the onion into pieces and place in a frying pan. You can take more onions if your family has nothing against it.
STEP 3
We clean the carrots, wash them and grate them on a coarse grater. Add to the pan with onions.
STEP 4
Place the frying pan over medium heat and fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, remember to stir so they don’t burn.
STEP 5
Open the stew, put it on a board and cut it into pieces, or mash it with a fork.
STEP 6
Add pieces of stew to the pan with fried vegetables.
STEP 7
Mix everything and fry the vegetables with the stew for 5 minutes. The liquid from the stew should completely evaporate.
STEP 8
Wash the rice thoroughly in warm water and add it to the pan with the stew and vegetables, stir.
STEP 9
Now fry the contents of the pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring. Do not skip this point, as when fried, the rice acquires a richer color and aroma. It will also allow it to remain crumbly and not stick together.
STEP 10
Now pour in warm water, add salt, pepper, mix and cover with a lid.
STEP 11
Cook our rice with stew over low heat for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked. Cooking time directly depends on the type of rice you took.
STEP 12
Our rice with stew is completely ready and we serve it to the table. I serve in small serving pans.
