Rice with stew in a frying pan

Even ordinary rice with stew can sparkle with a new taste. It would seem that it could be simpler than ordinary rice with stew in a frying pan. But if you add vegetables, cook it a little differently, and now you have a completely different dish on the table. Everyone will love the aromatic fluffy rice with vegetables and pieces of stew.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make rice with stew in a frying pan? Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking rice with stew. You can use any rice you like for this dish. But I would recommend beef stew, since it has much less fat. And ideally, this is, of course, homemade stew, which contains exactly natural meat, and not its likeness. Well, or take stewed meat from already proven factories and brands.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Cut the onion into pieces and place in a frying pan. You can take more onions if your family has nothing against it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We clean the carrots, wash them and grate them on a coarse grater. Add to the pan with onions.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the frying pan over medium heat and fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, remember to stir so they don’t burn.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Open the stew, put it on a board and cut it into pieces, or mash it with a fork.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add pieces of stew to the pan with fried vegetables.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix everything and fry the vegetables with the stew for 5 minutes. The liquid from the stew should completely evaporate.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Wash the rice thoroughly in warm water and add it to the pan with the stew and vegetables, stir.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Now fry the contents of the pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring. Do not skip this point, as when fried, the rice acquires a richer color and aroma. It will also allow it to remain crumbly and not stick together.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Now pour in warm water, add salt, pepper, mix and cover with a lid.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cook our rice with stew over low heat for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked. Cooking time directly depends on the type of rice you took.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Our rice with stew is completely ready and we serve it to the table. I serve in small serving pans.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

    Bon appetit.

Great recipe for Rice with stew in a frying pan! I always try to bookmark recipes for such dishes, so that if necessary, I don’t have to search for a long time) I was treated to a jar of homemade rooster stew, it didn’t sit for a long time, I used it right away) I didn’t weigh the weight of the contents, but the volume of the jar was half a liter, there was a lot of meat, but There was almost no fat and jelly. I used regular rice, only after washing it I soaked it for half an hour so that more starch would come out. The vegetables were frozen, so I cooked everything quickly. I also found a bag of tomato pulp in the freezer, which I also added when frying. My portion was twice as large; it turned out to be a large pan of rice with stew. I rather have porridge with stewed meat, although the children said it was pilaf) But this dish tastes simply great! I actually love this combination of products. The stew itself is tender, the rice too, their combination gave such a pleasant consistency. All this splendor is complemented by fried vegetables and spices (paprika, dried dill and pilaf mixture). A tasty and nutritious dish was served for dinner with pickled vegetables.

After reading this recipe, I immediately wanted to go to the forest, anywhere, just away from Moscow. Buckwheat, rice, stew, guitar songs by the fire. Clouds of mosquitoes, ticks, traces, gnawing, litter, tents and raincoats - that’s how the melancholy came. It’s a pity that you don’t like hiking, I can’t imagine life without them. I just want to escape from this damn Moscow and settle somewhere in the forest.

You can try cooking at home...open the window...and enjoy your food while looking out the window. It’s like being in nature. You have to cook! And take pictures of step-by-step preparation. I just happened to have a can of stew lying around the house.

Homemade stew undoubtedly has nothing in common with a store-bought product. The photo clearly shows both the appearance and color - natural meat. Of course, everyone has their own purely personal opinion, but still you shouldn’t speak so categorically about the author of the recipe. This is both tactless and indecent.
