Quails (quails) in a slow cooker in a wine marinade
I suggest you treat yourself to an unusually tasty delicacy! In ancient times, quail was considered a dish that was available only to the nobility. An exquisite treat that was present at festive feasts. Today on store shelves you can find almost any product, including quail. I suggest cooking quails in a slow cooker.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We wash the quails.
STEP 2
Salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Prepare the marinade: 0.2 multi-glasses of soy sauce (preferably without additives) and 1 multi-glass of dry red wine. Next, pour our marinade over the fresh quails and leave for at least 2 hours.
STEP 4
Then we take our birds out of the marinade, put them in a slow cooker and fry on the “fry” mode until they turn golden brown, this took 15 minutes.
STEP 5
Next, pour the remaining marinade over the quails and turn on the “baking” mode for about 30 minutes. Most of the marinade should evaporate during this time, and the remaining one should become thicker. That's it! Quails in the slow cooker are ready! Bon appetit!!!
