It turns out there are so many things you can do with pumpkin. Very elegant cupcakes. I would love to use this recipe

I vote!!!! I really like pumpkin dishes, they are very healthy and boost the immune system. Unfortunately, I don't always have success with pumpkin dishes. Following Ellis's advice, I think I can fix this situation)

Interesting recipe, cool photos. Tell me, does one teaspoon of cinnamon seriously color the dough so brightly?

The cupcakes are really very tasty, airy, for some reason they reminded me of carrot cake in taste) I didn’t dare add a tablespoon of cinnamon, I reduced it a little, added half a spoon of cinnamon and half a spoon of cocoa. The color turned out rich and the taste did not deteriorate. And so as not to waste the goodness, I sprinkled pumpkin seeds on top, so you can change it up a little))

I completely agree with Oksana, for some reason I don’t really like cinnamon either. So I’m only for reducing it in the recipe, and of course for the fact that it contained pumpkin seeds. Firstly, it’s no less healthier than nuts, but also a little more economical, and this makes the taste more interesting. I love experiments in cooking, and in general, everyone has their own preferences. The recipe is truly wonderful. Thank you.
