STEP 1

Necessary products.

Grate the cheese.
STEP 3

Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough thinner into a rectangular, even shape.
STEP 4

Place on the dough and spread the cheese evenly over the entire surface.
STEP 5

Roll the dough into rolls on both sides towards the middle of the layer. For convenience, the middle can be marked.
STEP 6

Cut the rolls crosswise into pieces 2 cm thick. Stretch the dough in the middle and fix it more firmly to give the puffs a heart shape; it is advisable that the “tail” of the dough be slightly larger than in the photo, so that the “hearts” do not lose their shape during baking.
STEP 7

Cover a baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil and place the puff pastries at some distance from each other.
STEP 8

Bake the puff hearts in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
