To begin with, we prepare all the products on the list, immediately measuring their quantity and weight. I use a kitchen scale to measure my weight.

    First of all, prepare the lard. We cut it into small and thin squares or rectangles. I cut it into fairly small pieces.

    We cut the potatoes into approximately the same slices, which we first wash and peel.

    We take a baking sheet on which we will bake our dish, and first put lard on it, and potatoes on it. You should get an even layer. Next we deal with mushrooms. An interesting option with pineapples, but I personally prefer baking potatoes with chicken and tomatoes.
