Pie with jam, cocoa and vanilla

A recipe for those with a sweet tooth who are afraid of losing their figure. In one good book I read a recipe for this wonderful sweet pie. This food is tasty, aromatic, and children and those with a sweet tooth really like it. Using this recipe as a basis, I prepare the pie as follows.

good recipe, should make a delicious pie. But the name is strange - why dietary? Since when did butter, sugar, sour cream and flour become dietary products?

A very interesting pie. I have never mixed egg whites with cocoa. It turns out very beautiful and tasty. Only during baking, the jam constantly leaked from the cake onto the baking sheet. Apparently, my jam was not that thick. Probably next time I will make a cake with sides, in the shape of a basket. In general, this pie gives room for imagination. And thanks to different types of jam, it will sound different every time.

I’m wondering if the recipe says to bake the whipped egg white until golden brown, but what consistency will it have and will it stick to your lips? I make meringue at 100 degrees and bake it for 6 hours, then it doesn’t stick and breaks well, but what kind of appearance does it get?
