Pie in a slow cooker without eggs

Very simple, yet appetizing and tasty. Help yourself! To prepare a pie in a slow cooker without eggs, it is better to use natural, rustic whey; store-bought whey turns out worse. You can serve it without filling, as you like.

After making the cheese I had whey left over. I decided to make a pie with it in a slow cooker without eggs. I had 400 ml of whey, and in order not to leave it, I used all of it, so I made the pie for 24 servings. The dough turned out to be moderately thick, approximately like pancakes. Sugar added half the portion. The pie was cooked for 1 hour 20 minutes on the “Baking” mode. Instead of applesauce, I used apricot jam. The pie turned out delicious and fluffy, an excellent option for baking for a family tea party. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to put in much effort when preparing the pie. Thanks for the recipe!

Cool pie. I just have 2 liters of serum. There will be enough for pancakes and enough left over for a pie! Thank you!!!

Prepare for your health! Eats quickly. And my father coats it with sour cream instead of fruit puree, he says it tastes better.
