    STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. Vermicelli should be taken as small and thin as possible.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil the vermicelli in plenty of salted water until tender. Place in a colander.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Melt the butter. Pour into a large bowl where we will mix our vermicelli.

  4. STEP 4

    Mix everything well.

  6. STEP 6

This is what our takaya looks like. This is a rarity))) She is already more than 20 years old))) Don’t judge her too harshly for her appearance)))

    STEP 7

We put the pan on the stove. The principle of the frying pan is that we need to heat it up high. We heat the pan, then pour a little oil into each cavity - we do this once, then we will have enough fat in the vermicelli mixture)) Carefully pour a dessert spoon of vermicelli into each cavity and let it fry. Then pry up the edge with a fork - if it grabs, you can turn it over)

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Turn over with a fork to the other side) You get balls) It’s very simple) And fry until done)

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

These are the pasta balls you get) In this way we continue to fry all the balls. Serve hot, and they are delicious cold too))

  10. STEP 10

Interesting things that would suit my taste, but as always, I have a problem with technology, but if I find an old oreshnetsa (baking dish), I can try it. Anyway...thanks for the recipe, I really enjoyed it!

Oh, I would like that too! Cool uniform! Who would have thought that such interesting snacks could come out so easily? I looked where to buy it, but couldn’t find it in Russia. Only on well-known Chinese sites! ))

Thank you for such a simple and original recipe. I’ll drag you to my kk. It’s a pity I don’t have such a frying pan. I think I’ll try cooking it in molds for frying eggs. I also thought about baking it in silicone and in the oven, but that probably won’t work out that well. Your balls look very tasty
