Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until foam appears.
STEP 2

Add a glass of milk, beat well with a whisk (I used a blender), gradually add flour, constantly whisking up lumps.
STEP 3

Repeat the previous step, adding the remaining glass of milk and flour. 4. Pour in vegetable oil (can be replaced with melted butter) 5. Suppress the soda, add to the dough and mix well again. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time, heat the frying pan.
STEP 4

Fry over moderate heat. As soon as bubbles appear and begin to burst, turn the pancakes over and fry for another 20 seconds.
