I wanted to cook an omelette stuffed with tomatoes and peppers. I would like to note that it is better to prepare such an omelet using exactly the proposed amount of ingredients. If you need to make it for several people at once, it is better to prepare several small omelettes. I needed to prepare breakfast for five people, and I took the ingredients for 9 eggs. The omelette turns out to be quite large and folding it in half is quite problematic due to its size and weight. That's why it didn't turn out very neat for me. But this did not affect the taste in any way. I added two types of sausage and grated cheese to the filling. The omelet turned out very appetizing, fluffy, tender, and filling. Thank you very much for the recipe and special thanks for the trick with calculating the amount of milk using eggshells.
