Oatmeal jelly for weight loss
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to cook oatmeal jelly for weight loss? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For oatmeal, choose those that have the longest cooking time. They will preserve vitamins and minerals as much as possible. Take clean drinking water at room temperature.
STEP 2
Make oatmeal from oatmeal. To do this, place them in a blender bowl.
STEP 3
Grind the cereal into flour. It’s okay if a few large particles remain - this will not affect the taste and beneficial properties of the jelly.
STEP 4
Pour the resulting oatmeal into a deep container with a volume of at least two liters. The container is suitable for glass, enamel, ceramic or stainless steel. Aluminum cookware should not be used as it may cause a reaction. Add most of the water and stir. Cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for about 8 hours to swell. The remaining amount of water will be useful to you later, when the oatmeal has infused.
STEP 5
After the required time, stir the swollen oatmeal with a spoon.
STEP 6
To prepare the jelly, take a saucepan or saucepan with a capacity of approximately 3 liters. Cover with a sieve or gauze and pour the resulting mass there.
STEP 7
Squeeze well, pour in the remaining water and squeeze again.
STEP 8
The remaining pulp can be used. It is very healthy and can be added to dough for baking, such as pancakes.
STEP 9
Boil the resulting liquid. To do this, place the pan over medium heat. Stirring so that the jelly does not stick to the bottom, bring to a boil. Mix well and the jelly is ready. If you cook longer, the jelly will become thicker.
