New Year's appetizer of crab sticks and squid on chips

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Our appetizer has a pronounced “sea” taste, so you need to buy only high-quality and selected seafood. I choose from a trusted manufacturer “Lunskoye More” because I trust their quality and taste. Lettuce should be chosen without darkened leaves. Chips should be firm and boat-shaped; Pringles are perfect.
STEP 2
Cut the crab sticks into medium pieces so that they don't end up too small, like porridge. Place in a bowl.
STEP 3
Then cut the lettuce leaves into medium slices and add to the crab sticks.
STEP 4
The squid tentacles must be carefully removed from the jar so that there is no excess oil or brine. If they are not large, you can immediately place them in a bowl without cutting them.
STEP 5
Next comes corn, with it everything is as simple as with squid tentacles. Just open the jar, drain the water, pour the contents into the chopped ingredients and stir.
STEP 6
Next, chop the cheese into small pieces; determine the quantity to taste.
STEP 7
Season all the chopped ingredients with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 8
Place the resulting salad in chips and decorate with imitation salmon caviar. Bon appetit!
