Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix flour with sugar and baking powder.
STEP 2

Add cold margarine.
STEP 3

Grind everything into crumbs and divide into two equal parts.
STEP 4

Add vanilla and half a tablespoon of milk to half the crumbs. Quickly knead and gather the dough into a ball.
STEP 5

Pour instant coffee and half a tablespoon of milk into the remaining crumbs. Also form the dough.
STEP 6

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 7

Sprinkle the table well with flour and roll out the dough into layers 3 millimeters thick.
STEP 8

Place the coffee dough on the vanilla dough, cut out a circle and cut into triangles. You can fold the layers and vice versa.
STEP 9

Roll up the bagels. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
