I would like to express my gratitude to the creators of the interactive cookbook. I went to the site and immediately liked it. In my opinion, the layout of the menu and placement of recipes is very convenient. I was on many sites, but I liked this one. I made these balls yesterday evening. It turns out to be a very tasty dish that can exist on its own. And the design is beautiful, it could be suitable for a holiday table.

I love mushrooms and all dishes with them. I will definitely prepare this dish for the New Year. I think frozen wild mushrooms will work too. What bread crumbs are best to use? white or black?

An excellent recipe, I’ll try to make it today, but not with champignons, but with oyster mushrooms - for some reason my family doesn’t like champignons. This pate is good served with toast or croutons. And for the kids, you can make small sandwiches with a saltine cracker - a ball of pate for each cracker.
