Boil the carrots first; in addition, you can use fresh bell pepper or boiled eggs for the aspic. It is advisable not to add spices other than salt and pepper, so as not to spoil the taste of the mushrooms. Instead of parsley, you can use any herbs (dill, cilantro, green onions) for decoration.

    Rinse the mushrooms well, cover with cold water and set to simmer, add bay leaf, peppercorns and add a little salt. Cook until done, about 20-30 minutes.

    Soak the gelatin in cold water (50 ml per 15 g) until it swells, about 10-15 minutes. Instead of gelatin, you can use agar-agar or pectin.
