Milk cocoa chocolate
It turns out that real chocolate can be made at home! Now I will tell you how to make homemade chocolate, it is not at all difficult, and yet only a few people use this recipe. And very much in vain! It turns out very tasty, and takes very little time. See for yourself.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix cocoa with sugar. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add cocoa and sugar to it, stirring constantly.
STEP 2

Pour in the milk little by little, adjusting the consistency of the future chocolate.
STEP 3

You can try it while cooking. If there is too much cocoa for your taste, add more milk. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. After this, remove from heat. Pour the resulting liquid mass into ice or muffin molds. Place in the refrigerator for several hours. When the chocolate hardens, you will have wonderful chocolates for tea!

The chocolate turned out very tasty! cooking time - 3-4 minutes. when preparing 1 cocoa you need to sift 2 the mass can burn, you need to stir often. 3 if you want dark chocolate, more cocoa, less milk chocolate. bitter in the photo. The 4th mold must be greased with oil, then it will be very difficult to remove the candies, since even after a night in the freezer they are soft. I added nuts to the candy and it turned out delicious.

very interesting recipe and a new idea. I've never seen this before. I usually use chocolate to make fondue. I bought myself a small fondant maker and now I cook at home whenever possible. It turns out incredibly delicious. Chocolate and fruit lovers will probably understand me) I just take ready-made chocolate and melt it with milk.

Probably these candies are really tasty, the shape is different, the look is interesting, the recipe is unique. The result is milk chocolate. You can add raisins or small candied fruits to the mass, to diversify them with this. I have to try to cook it.

Explain to me, did you make it according to the recipe, mixed cocoa sugar and milk, it turned out to be a thick mass and how should this mass boil?

should simmer over low heat, it will bubble and rise

The recipe is certainly interesting, but the proportions physically cannot be correct. For such an amount of dry matter (15 tablespoons of cocoa) you need at least twice as much liquid. but not 15 spoons :) if you make 15 cocoa 15 milk, as you indicated, you get a brick. which certainly won't boil. In the end, I already poured 15 spoons onto my eye, I think there were about 40 spoons of milk. I added 50 grams of oil, I think 150 is a lot. I really didn’t understand how liquid the mass should have turned out. thin like heavy cream or thick like dough? I got it like dough. transferred it into the mold with a spoon. not very comfortable.

The taste is very tasty. But why doesn’t it harden to a solid state? My chocolate stood in the freezer all night, but it didn’t harden. What did I do wrong?
