STEP 1

Separate the whites from the yolks, so that even a little of the yolk does not get into the whites.
STEP 2

Beat the whites well, add salt, continuing to beat, vanilla sugar. Then gradually, continuing to beat, add powdered sugar and lemon juice in small portions. Beat until thick.
STEP 3

Take a star tip, transfer the mixture into a pastry bag and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
STEP 4

After depositing, place the meringues in the oven, preheated to 100 degrees Celsius. Bake for 1.5 hours.
STEP 5

Ready meringues are easily separated from the paper.
STEP 6

Our meringues turned out crispy, and at the same time tender, and melt in your mouth.
STEP 7

If desired, you can add a little food coloring to the protein mass when whipping. Then meringues can be obtained in different colors and shades.
