I wanted to make a holiday meatloaf and found a great recipe on my favorite website “meatloaf with cheese”. It took me about 20-25 minutes to prepare, the rest was done by the oven. I chose pork neck for the roll. I used Dutch cheese for the filling. Before filling the cheese, I brushed the meat with 1 tbsp mustard. and butter 2 tbsp. I added twice as much garlic, we love it very much) For the herb filling I used dill and parsley due to the lack of green onions at the moment. Having rolled the meat with fillings into a roll, I also tied it with nylon threads to make it tight. I cooked the roll in foil for 1.5 hours at 150 C. Then I opened the foil and cooked the roll until golden brown for 20 minutes at 200 C. After baking, I cooled the roll and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it could be cut well. The meatloaf with cheese and herbs turned out excellent and truly royal! The chilled roll is ideally cut into thin slices. The filling looks very nice in two colors when cut - yellow and green. The amazingly aromatic meatloaf turned out incredibly tasty, satisfying and appetizing! A real table decoration! I recommend everyone to cook this recipe! Many thanks to the author!
