I really love meatballs and cook them almost the same way, but I never add sour cream to the sauce. What does adding sour cream do?

Sour cream gives the sauce a wonderful taste! I love making meatballs like this, although I cook them with white cabbage, they then turn out so shaggy and juicy.

but I just cook meatballs only with sour cream and without tomato paste, then you can give them to the kids too
