As I understand it, fluffy cheesecakes are obtained by adding soda, and there is no need to quench it with vinegar? In general, the recipe is quite classic, but it also confuses me that for 200g of cottage cheese, a whole glass of flour is not too much?

Allochka, no, it’s not too much flour. You need to add more of it to this recipe than to regular cheesecakes. There is no need to extinguish the soda.

The cheesecakes are very tasty, something between cheesecakes and pancakes (I made cottage cheese with sour cream for cheesecakes). I want to say that the sour cream probably compensated for the glass of flour that was added to the cheesecakes, it turned out delicious
